What I liked about my time in Florida is golf is for everyone and its fun, you have a choice of some stunning tracks, parkland, stadium, links and courses where the sea can lap away at your ankles, they’re all there waiting for you to enjoy.
Florida has always been a big destination for British and Irish tourist going to Disney and whether you want to sneak off for a couple of cheeky rounds of golf while the family hit space-mountain, the tower of terror and play with Mickey or you want a full blown golf tour with golf club colleagues or you’re just a husband and wife wanting some golf with spas and great wine, Florida can cater to your every whim and more.
Here are eight great courses that I recently played and I would highly recommend every one of them, they all offer something different and when you are playing great golf courses with fantastic practice facilities and at the end of the round offer scrumcious food, throw in the sun and where else would you rather be.
